What is the BOCA design Warranty Policy?


Ans: Bocadesign produces quality, durable and reliable composite products, they are strong, light and high glossy on surface finishing.We warrant that our products are fit for use apart from minor bodywork preparation which may be required, depending on various situations and product types. We undertake to rectify any fitment problems with our products, should such problems arise, within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that once the product is received, please check for any package damage and then carry out an installation damage and then follow by installation please take many pictures of the defective area (zoom out pictures of the product including the car or area that it fits onto and zoom-in pictures of the actual problem) and fill in the “RMA Form” and send to our Customer Service department via email cs@bocadesign.de . All claims must be filled with 30 days of delivery and once filled, a representative will get back to you with a file reference number so you can track the claim.




Warranty Exclusions


Ans: Once any part is altered by buyer, including trimmed, drilled, or applied with tape/glue; or any kind of damage caused by buyer, it CANNOT be returned. We only cover return shipping and waive re-stocking fee when our product does not fit your vehicle after a professional installer have assessed and confirm quality issues preventing them from performing installation. Some minor trimming or modification to body parts, exhaust tips are expected for proper fitment of our aftermarket body kit. Before we can accept a “no cost” return, a proof of installation assessed by licensed professional will be required. Send proof of professional assessment of our part's quality issues to cs@bocadesign.de to request a no cost return. It is your responsibility to make sure the product is made for your car model and year, return of wrong parts ordered can be accepted, but 15% restocking fee will be deducted.




Exchange


Ans: Exchange:Any request to exchange for a different item needs to be filed within 14 days of delivery, exchange due to damage needs to be filed within 7 days of package being delivered. Send us an email at cs@bocadesign.de to get more information on how to proceed with exchange authorization. ​Buyer is responsible to retain evidence for inadequate packaging on our part, or shipping company's negligence at handling our package to get coverage by our exchange policy. Please keep all packaging material until all part(s) are inspected and in satisfactory condition after delivery.




How do I make sure its Genuine Bocadesign products?


Ans: All Bocadesign products will follow a serial number for the products registration.
